HOSPITAL COVER UP OF 53 CRIMES IN CALIF.

     This Brief article, only about 35 sentences , is printed in large letters.  The reason :
     This is intended for Elementary and High School students.  I believe they understand Lies, Deceits and Falsehoods better than Doctors and Lawyers.
     It would be nice if someone could make Billboards, about Ten feet tall and Ten feet wide , to be exhibited in elementary and High Schools across the land.
     Rich and Powerful persons could prevent publication or dissemination of what is True , Fair , and Just but a fifth grade elementary school student could easily make these Big letters.
     They could even make Bigger ones like the Tennessee Valley Authority , the nations largest public power provider , or Huge signs as Big as the faces of Washington, Jefferson , Lincoln , and Theodore Roosevelt on Mount Rushmore in the black hills of South Dakota.

Here  comes  the  Truth :

1.  On December 23, 2008 , Governor Jerry Brown of California, then Attorney General , approved , signed the California Department of Justice Court Order Number :
02 - 2007 - 183327 , ordering  Lino  Dial to undergo Psychiatric examination , to be paid by Tax  dollars.
The State Bar License of Jerry Brown :  37100.
The California Dept. of Justice Court Order was also approved by Supervising Deputy Attorney General Gail M. Heppell.
The State Bar License of Gail  M.  Heppell :  84134.

2.  On January 19, 2009 , Martin Luther King, Jr. Day ,  Dr. Melvin Brown , the Court - appointed Psychiatrist examined me  in his office in San Mateo , California.
The result :  Lino  Dial  is  Not  Crazy.

3.  Question :

     Why was there a Court Order ?

Answer :

     Because  Lino  Dial  complained to the California Medical Board about Hospital Cover Up of 53 Crimes in Solano County,
California.

4.  The Origin , beginning of the Hospital Cover Up :

     Falsification of Hospital patient medical record performed by Dr. Robert S. Blum , a California - licensed practicing physician , a Neurosurgeon , to get money from an old woman who was not his patient.  
     Dr.  Blum dictated a Fraudulent Consultation in order to get into the care of the patient.  
     Dr.  Blum was never asked to see the old woman as a patient.

5.  Examining the old woman without permission is Not Legal and Not Ethical.
     The Hospital and Medical Staff had to cover up the actions of Dr.  Blum because these are so  Shameful , Horrible , Disgusting ,  and  Despicable.

6.  Lawsuit was filed against the Hospital in Solano County ,
Superior Court Case Number :  87291 .

7.  Solano County Superior Court Judge R.M. Harris concealed or covered up the Hospital Cover Up by making an Erroneous
decision , saying there was No Material or Triable issue of fact.

8.  But there are numerous well - documented facts including :

Lying under Oath , on the Witness Stand performed by physicians and were instantly recorded by the court transcriber, witnessed by Ten persons.

9.  Hospital Chief of Staff submitted three pages of Lies, Deceits,
misrepresentation of facts , and Perversion of Truths , accepted
and submitted as evidence in Superior Court by the Hospital Attorney.

10.  The California Medical Board claimed in writing that there were No Violations of the Law committed at the hospital.

11.  The California Department of Justice Court Order approved or signed by Governor Jerry Brown was made upon the recommendation of the California Medical Board after two official investigative hearings were held or conducted inside the
Medical Board office in Sacramento , California.

12.  The investigations , also paid by Tax  Dollars, were conducted by Mr. Robert  Sherer, Senior investigator of the Medical Board on February 26, 2008 and June 24, 2008. 

13.  Question :

     1).  How come the Medical Board and Governor Jerry Brown investigated the victim instead of the Hospital and Doctors who were accused of committing 53 atrocious crimes ?

     2).  Why did the California Medical board and Dept. of Justice investigate cases of  Fraud , Dishonesty , and making False Statements made by Doctors in other cities but not in Solano County , California ?

14.  The  evidence :

1).  On November 10, 2009 , Dr. H.R.B. , lost Medical License
because of Fraud , in Los Angeles , California.

2).  On November 23, 2009 , Dr. C.R. B. , lost Medical License
due to crime , in Carmel , California.

3).  On December 21, 2009 , Dr. J.M. D. , lost Medical License
for Dishonesty, making False statements in Poway, California.

4).  On January 4, 2010 , Dr. E.L.F.  lost Medical License for making False statements in Pomona , California.
