During the Hearing in Superior Court of Case No.  87291 ,  the reason for the Lawsuit against the Hospital was presented.  
The  main  issue  was that Fifty - three ( 53 ) Crimes were committed during the Judicial Review Hearing.
Question :     Is One  Crime  important ?   How  about  Ten , or Twenty  or  Thirty  Crimes ?
The  Evidence :     100 - page transcript  of the  Judicial  Review  Hearing.

1.  On  page  52  Lines  26 - 27  :  "  The next witness for the ( Hospital ) Executive Committee
will  be  Dr.  Leonard  Brant ."
2.  On  page  53  Lines  14 - 15  :  "  Being  first  duly  sworn ,  ( Dr. Brant ) testified as follows:"
3.  On  page  79  Lines  12 - 13  :  "  Dr.  Brant , you mentioned  Cardiac  Seizure  as  a  diagnosis
made  by  Dr.  Lino  Dial  in  the  hospital  medical  record ."
4.  On  page  79  Lines  15 - 16  :  Dr.  Brant  says :  " Yes ,  that's  one  of  the  things he ( Dr. Dial ) considered.  Dr.  Brant  just  accused  Dr.  Dial  of  making  a  diagnosis  of  Cardiac  Seizure  in  the  hospital  patient  medical  record.
5.  On  page  79  Lines  17 - 28  :  The hospital patient medical record was read.  It  was  proven
beyond  any  reasonable  doubt  that  the  accusation  made  by  Dr.  Brant  against  Dr.  Dial
was  False.  The diagnosis of Cardiac  Seizure was not in the hospital patient medical  record.
Dr.  Brant  made  it  up.  He  fabricated  it.  A  product  of  his  imagination.

Question :  Why was Dr.  Brant  not  investigated for  Fraud ?
Are  you  allowed  to  make  a  False  accusation  against  anyone at  anytime ?

6.  On  page  83  Lines  12 ,  18 :  and  On  Page  84  Lines  14 ,  16 - 19 , 23 - 25,  26 - 28  :
Dr.  Lino  Dial  was  accused  of  making  inappropriate  or  a  misinterpretation  of  an  EKG  or
Electrocardiogram.  The  accusation  was  made  by  Dr.  Leonard  Brant.

7.  On  page  85  Lines  11 - 13  :  Dr.  Leonard  Brant  says :  "  I  don't  see  any  evidence  here
that  Dr.  Lino  Dial  made  an  interpretation  of  the  Electrocardiogram."

8.  While  under  Oath,  on  the  witness stand ,  Dr.  Leonard  Brant  made  two  accusations
against  Dr.  Lino  Dial.  Both  accusations  were  proven  False  beyond  any  reasonable  doubt.

Dr.  Leonard  Brant  just  committed  the  crimes  of  Perjury ,  two  times during the hearing.

Solano  County  Superior  Court  Judge  R.M.  Harris  concealed  or  covered  up  these  violations

of  the  Law.

     The  False  accusations  against  Dr.  Lino  Dial  was  prepared  by  the  hospital  Executive 

Committee for a period of about  six  months  before  the  Judicial  Review  Hearing.  They agreed

Conspired and  connived  among  themselves  to  do  this.

     This  is  Conspiracy , a violation of the California Criminal Code  Chapter  8 ,  Section  182  and

Violation  of  U.S.  Code  Title   18   Section   241   :   Federal  Civil  Rights  Act :

     If  two  or  more  persons  Conspire ,  or  intimidate  any  citizen  in  the  free  exercise  or

enjoyment  of  any  right  or  privilege  secured  to  him  by  the  Constitution  or  Laws  of  the

United  States  or  because  of  his  having  so  exercised  the  same.
