Decision of Solano County Superior Court Judge  R.M.  Harris
 regarding  Solano County Superior Court  Case  No.  87291  :  No Material Triable Issue of Fact.
Solano County Superior Court Judge  R.M.  Harris  did  not  know or did not recognize the following  Material  Triable  Issues of fact in Solano County Superior Court Case No.  87291.

1.  In the Judicial Review Hearing which took place before the Lawsuit was filed against this hospital , Fifty - three ( 53 ) crimes were committed  by Doctors and Lawyers.
2.  These crimes were documented in the 100 - page transcript of that Judicial Review Hearing.
3.  The  Law :   California  Criminal  Code  or  Penal  Code.
Title   7   :    Of  Crimes  Against  Public  Justice.
Chapter   5    Section    118   :   Perjury  :  Telling  a  Lie  or  False  statement , while under oath,
on the witness stand , during the Judicial Review Hearing.
4.  On  page  12  of the transcript of the Judicial Review Hearing :  Dr.  Peter  E.  Philbin, M.D.,
was sworn in as hospital witness.
5.  On  page  13  :   Specialty  of  Dr.  Philbin  :   Internal  Medicine.
6.  On  page  43  Lines  20 - 21  : Dr.  Dial  should have ordered Cardiology Consultation.
7.  On  page  46  Lines  13 - 24  :  The  Cardiologist  examined  the  patient.
8.  The  accusation made by Dr. Philbin , under oath, on the witness stand , that the patient should have been  seen by a Cardiologist , was proven false , beyond any reasonable doubt.
9.  The evidence that the patient was examined by the Cardiologist is on page  46  Lines  13 - 24.
10.  On  page  47  Lines  7 - 9  :  " Cardiologist  did  see  the  patient ".
11.  On  page  48  Lines  1 - 13 :  Report  of  the  Cardiologist  in  the  medical  record.
12.  In the next  One - Page   Summary , the Lies , Deceits , and Falsehoods of Dr. Leonard Brant,
spoken under oath , on the witness stand, during the Judicial Review Hearing will be presented.
     Dr.  Brant  was  sworn  in as witness for the hospital  on  page  53  of  the  transcript.   His  Lies,  Deceits and Falsehoods are recorded on pages  80 , 81 , 82 , 83, 84, 85 of the transcript.
