Continuation :
                          ONE - PAGE  SUMMARY   NO.  6  :     DECEMBER 6, 2012

Decision of Solano County Superior Court Judge  R.M.  Harris
Regarding Superior Court Case No.  87291  :       No  Material  Triable  of  Fact.

Decision of Solano County Superior Court Judge  R.M.  Harris  is Erroneous ,  Wrong ,  a
Wrongful  Criminal  Deception ,  a  Perversion  of  Truth , a  Misrepresentation of facts because
Judge  R.M.  Harris  did  not  recognize  or  ignored  and  did  not  mention  and  did  not  discuss
the  facts  of  the  case  No.  87291.

THE  FACTS :
1.  Attorneys  William  H.  Ahern  and  Attorney  Mooney presented the course of action  at the
Superior Court hearing of Case No.  87291 :   a Judicial Review Hearing preceded this Lawsuit
against  Sutter - Solano Medical Center ( formerly  Vallejo  General  Hospital ).

2.  Fifty - three ( 53 )  Crimes  of  Fraud , Perjury ,  Conspiracy , etc. ,  were  committed  during
that  Judicial  Review  Hearing ,  held  according  to  Law.  There  were  ten  eyewitnesses  to
the  crimes  as  these  were  taking  place.  The  official  Court  transcriber  recorded  these
crimes  in  real  time ,  while  these  were  being  committed.  These  were  compiled  and  recorded
in  a  100 - page  transcript  of  that  Judicial  Review  Hearing.
The  100 - page  transcript  of  the  Judicial  Review  Hearing  is  divided  into  pages  from  one
to  100.  Each  page  has  lines  from  one  to  28.  At  the  bottom  of  each  page  is  printed  the
name  of  the  Certified  Shorthand  Reporters.

In  the  next  one - page  Summary ,  the  specific  location  of  the  crimes  in  the  transcript
will  be  pointed  out  as  to  page  number  and  line  number.

To  be  continued.

The  end.
