Documentation  of  the  Fifty - three ( 53 )  Crimes  of  Fraud , Perjury , Conspiracy , etc. ,  in  the
100 - page  transcript  of  the  Judicial  Review  Hearing  held  according  to  Law.

1.  Attorney  Steven  V.  Schnier , ESQ ,  of  San  Francisco , California  presented  fourteen ( 14 )
sets  of  documents  or  evidences  for  the  Hospital.  These  documents  contained  Frauds  and
False  testimonies  made  by  California - licensed  Physicians  or  doctors.
2.  Attorney  Steven  V.  Schnier , ESQ ,  presented  documents,  sworn  to  be  true ,  during  the
Judicial  Review  Hearing.
3.  The  documents  presented  and  submitted  as  evidence  by  Attorney  Steven V. Schnier, ESQ
were  proven  to  be  False ,  Fraud , wrongful  Criminal  Deceptions, Intentional Misrepresentation of facts  and  Perversion  of  Truth ,  without  a  shadow  of  a  doubt  and  these
are  documented  and  recorded  in  the  100 - page  transcript of the Judicial  Review  Hearing.
4.  Attorney  Steven  V.  Schnier , ESQ ,  presented  these  Fraudulent  documents  himself .
Attorney  Schnier  was  seen  and  heard  by  Ten  eyewitnesses  during  the  Judicial  Hearing.
5.  The  Intentional  Criminal  Deceptions  and  Wrong - doings  made  by  Attorney  Schnier
were  recorded  in  real  time  while  Mr.  Schnier  was  speaking ,  by  the  Official  Court 
transcriber ,  in  the  100 - page  transcript  of  that  Judicial  Review  Hearing .
6.  The  other  so - called  Facts  were  presented  by  California - licensed  physicians ,  under  oath ,  on  the  witness  stand ,  thus  committing  the  crimes  of  Perjury  in  so  doing ,  and  these
were  recorded  also  in the  100 - page transcript of that Judicial Review  Hearing.
7.  Copy  of  the  100 - page  transcript  was  submitted  to  and  accepted  by  the  California
Medical  Board ,  Office  of  Investigative  Services  in  Sacramento , California .
