FRAUDULENT DECISION IN SUPERIOR COURT CASE NO. 87291.
SUPERIOR COURT CASE NO. 87291 HAS TWO SIDES :
ONE SIDE IS TRUTH.
THE OTHER SIDE IS FALSE.
The other name for False is Fraud , Falsity , Falsehood , Deception and Misrepresentation.
Building a case in Superior Court is like building a house.
The side of the Hospital is False , Fraud , Falsity , Falsehood, Deception, Misrepresentation.
Then what they did was to hide , conceal and cover up the false , fraud , falsity, etc.
These are called Crimes as defined in the California Criminal Code or Penal Code ,
Title 7 : Of Crimes Against Public Justice.
In building the case or house of the Hospital , the foundation was false, fraud , or falsity ,
the posts , walls , windows , ceiling and roof are all false, frauds, falsities, deceptions, etc.
There are Fifty - three ( 53 ) documented crimes with eyewitnesses.
The origin , beginning , and foundation of the Hospital case is :
Falsification of Hospital patient medical record performed or committed by
Dr. Robert S. Blum , M.D. , A California - licensed physician , a Neurosurgeon , to get money
or dollars from a poor old woman who was not his patient . Dr. Blum was never asked
to see the old lady who could have been your mother , he just grabbed !!
