1.  How come Judge  R.M. Harris did not recognize the facts of Solano Superior Case No. 87291 ?

THE FACTS THAT JUDGE  R.M.  HARRIS  CONCEALED  AND  COVERED  UP :

THE FIRST CRIME IN A SERIES OF  FIFTY - THREE ( 53 ) HOSPITAL FALSIFICATIONS:

FALSIFICATION OF HOSPITAL PATIENT MEDICAL RECORD TO GET MONEY.

     Dr.  Robert  S.  Blum , a California - licensed practicing  Neurosurgeon , falsified the hospital 
patient medical record of an old woman to get money from her.  The old lady was not his patient.
Dr. Blum was never asked to see the patient in Consultation.
Dr. Blum told a Lie , a fraud , an intentional wrongful criminal deception by claiming in a consultation that he was asked to see the old woman.
     Dr. Blum then admitted in writing in the hospital patient medical record that he was not in fact
asked or requested to see the old woman in consultation.
     This fraud took place in Sutter - Solano Medical Center ( formerly Vallejo General Hosital ) in the City of Vallejo , California.
     The hospital had to cover up for Dr. Blum because the case is so shameful , horrible , disgusting , despicable.

COMPARE THIS TO FALSIFICATION OR FRAUD IN KANSAS CITY , MISSOURI :

     In the Midwest City of Kansas City , Missouri ,  Robert  R.  Courtney , a Pharmacist ,
committed  Fraud by  falsifying  the contents of Anti - Cancer drugs.  Mr.  Courtney was found guilty and sentenced to Prison for thirty ( 30 ) years.
     The case is so shameful , horrible , disgusting , despicable.
The drug companies responsible paid  $ 330  million  dollars.

QUESTION :

1.  Is  the  crime  of  Fraud  any  different in Kansas City , Missouri than in Vallejo, California ?

Both crimes of Fraud in Kansas City, Missouri and in the city of Vallejo , California are foul, evil,
abominable , atrocious , disgraceful , heinous ,  loathsome , reprehensible, revolting and wicked.

The crimes of  Dr. Robert  Blum  are undeniable, incontestable , irrefutable, and indisputable.

2.  How come  Judge  R.M.  Harris  did  not  recognize  this  hospital  fraud ?
