The reason for the Lawsuit against the Hospital in the Solano County Superior  Court  Case  Number  :  87291  is  :  Hospital Cover Up of 53 crimes in that hospital.

Too  much  time  and  too many  words  had  been  wasted  because  the  hospital , Doctors, Medical Staff and their Lawyers do not confront the issue  of why there was Hospital Cover Up in the first place.

This is the first and most important  issue :

Falsification of Hospital patient medical record performed or committed by Dr. Robert S. Blum, M.D.  Dr.  Robert  Blum is a California - licensed practicing physician.  His  specialty is Neurosurgery.

Dr.  Blum  falsified the hospital patient medical record of an old woman to get money from the old lady.  Senior citizens are usually poor and don't have enough money.

For a Doctor of Medicine or a Physician to take advantage of their unfortunate condition is  so  shameful , horrible ,  filthy ,  disgusting  and  despicable.

For the hospital , Doctors , Medical Staff and their Lawyers to cover up this wrongful  criminal  deception  is  even  worse.

The Lawyers try to confuse people with too many  issues, Laws or standards or principles.

They do not want to mention the most important :

     A  Doctor  or  a  Physician  is  not  allowed  or  not  permitted  to  falsify  a  hospital  patient  medical  record  to  get  money  from  an  old  woman.

Doctors  usually  earn  good  money.  They don't have to falsify records to earn a living.
