The reason for the Lawsuit against the hospital in the Solano County Superior Court Case  number :   87291  and  also the Main  issue :  Hospital  Cover  Up  of  53  Crimes  committed  during a  
Judicial  Review  Hearing  held according to Law in that hospital.

The  most  important  evidence is the 100 - page transcript of that Judicial Review Hearing.
The 53 crimes  committed during the Judicial Review Hearing were witnessed by several
California - licensed  practicing physicians.

The  53  crimes  were  instantly  recorded by the official Court transcriber in the transcript.

The 100 - page transcript had been submitted to and accepted by the California Medical Board and  Dept. of Justice.

Examples of violations of the Law :
1.  In  the  One - page   Summary  No.  7  :
     Attorney  Steven  V.  Schnier , ESQ. , of  San  Francisco, California prepared and submitted 
as evidence during the Judicial Review Hearing  False , Fraudulent and Deceitful  documents
which were supposedly  True.

2.  In the  One - page   Summary  No.  8  :
     The  documents submitted by the hospital Attorney  Steven  V.  Schnier, ESQ, were  proven
to be  False , deceitful , falsehood ,  intentional  deception , misrepresentation of facts , and Perversion  of  Truth ,  beyond  any  reasonable  doubt.
That  is  why  the  hospital  had  to  cover  them  up. 

3.  In  the  One - page   Summary  No.  9  :
     More documents submitted as  evidence  by the hospital Attorney Steven  V.  Schnier, ESQ ,
were  proven  to  be  False ,  Deceitful , Falsehood , Intentional  Deception , misrepresentation
of  facts  and  Perversion  of  Truth , beyond  any  reasonable  doubt.
The  hospital  had  to  cover  up  these  Series  of  Falsifications.

4.  In  the  next  One - Page   Summary ,  more  Lies , Deceits , Falsity , Falsehood  and
Intentional  Deceptions  which took place at the Judicial Hearing will be  presented.
