Examples :
1.  Solano CountySuperior Court Judge  R.M.  Harris decided Case No. 87291 based on False information , Fallacious Facts , and Misrepresentation of Facts submitted as evidence in Superior Court  by  Attorney  Thomas  E.  Pfalzer , Esq .  for the hospital ( Sutter - Solano Medical Center, formerly Vallejo General Hospital ).

2.  Falsification of Hospital patient medical record performed by Dr. Robert  S.  Blum , a California - licensed physician, a Neurosurgeon ;  to get money from an old woman , without being asked to see her ;  A prime example of Violation of Medical Ethics ;  Not mentioned or discussed in the Superior Court Hearing.  This was the reason for the lawsuit in Superior Court Case number 87291,  in Solano County , California.

An  Honest  Judge  should  base  his  decision on facts  of  the  case and not whether there is fish in Denmark or not, corn in Iowa or buckeye  in  Ohio.
